納期について
納期はご相談に応じます。通常、制作には約1ヶ月程度のお時間をいただいておりますが、内容やスケジュールにより変動する場合がございます。お急ぎの場合は事前にご相談ください。
著作権について
納品後のイラストの著作権は、特別な取り決めがない限り制作者に帰属します。商用利用や二次使用をご希望の場合は、別途料金が発生する場合がございます。
秘密保持について
ご依頼いただいた内容や制作物に関する情報は、厳重に管理し、外部に漏らすことは一切ございませんのでご安心ください。
キャンセルについて
制作開始後のキャンセルには、進行状況に応じたキャンセル料が発生する場合がございます。詳細はご相談ください。
納品形式について
納品データは、指定がない場合はPNGまたはJPEG形式でお渡しいたします。その他の形式をご希望の場合は事前にお知らせください。
